A self-healing journey began with a winter storm. She didn’t know since when; she needed a time when she was completely cut off from the world. She had too many memories to bear, it was almost drowning her.
She had kept her emotions bottled up inside for far too long, as if all those years of waiting were leading to this moment – a long-needed release in the endless expanse of this very snow field.
She smiled at last, a smile so rare that even the sun beamed upon.
