Studio TM is an award-winning creative studio in Hong Kong founded in 2010 by two creative talents Topaz Leung and Martin Cheung, focusing photography, advertising, art direction and art education.

In collaboration with HK Salt, a local and independent food movement, Martin participated to the wild camp to Sai Wan, to create a work related to this natural place in Hong Kong.
At night, Sai Wan becomes a natural darkroom, a perfect environment for Martin's idea - to capture waves and sand.
The works shown here are made with photographic paper, soak underwater, with a hand held flash pointing to the paper for the exposure, almost like flat copying the sea waves.
The photos are abstract and primitive, yet they are directly reflecting the reality at the same time.
